Peanut Butter Stamped Cookies
We love cookies. They are cute, tasty, easy to prepare and they don’t need many ingredients. I think cookies was the first dessert I’ve ever made. Stamped cookies are so cute and impressive, everybody loves them. In these cookies I used peanut butter and they turned out tender and delicious.
Ingredients Peanut Butter Stamped Cookies
- 100 g soft butter
- 75 g powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100 g peanut butter
- 250 g cake flour
Directions Peanut Butter Stamped Cookies
Mix butter until creamy, then add in order, mixing well after each: sugar, vanilla, peanut butter, egg and finally flour, resulting a dough.
Shape it into a ball and wrap it tightly in a plastic foil and let it set into a fridge for a minimum one hour.
Preheat the oven at 175 Celsius. Onto the table dusted with flour, roll the dough into a 3 mm thick layer. Print with the stamp then cut discs with a circle cutter.
Place the cookies in a tray lined with baking paper. Bake for about 7-8 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown. Let cool before serving.
These cookies have to be stored at room temperature, in a tight container.
